About Me

Experienced. Certified. Supportive.

My approach is personalized, practical, and proactive. I am results oriented and client focused.

I am a trained, ICF Certified Coach, facilitator, and speaker.

I've also had a long, satisfying nursing career, most recently as a hospice nurse leader, caring for patients and their families at the end of life.  I've learned that life is very short and can be very challenging.

From there, it was a natural transition to pursue accredited coach training, credentialing, and a professional coaching business, which is my true love.

As a coach, I listen deeply and ask powerful questions to increase clients' self-awareness, achieve clarity, develop insights, and shift mindsets, so they can take action, prioritize and accomplish their goals, and create sustained change.

My clients are equipped to increase their resilience and energy, to withstand stress, and to create the work and lives that they truly want.

My spouse and I have raised three adult children and we live in Central New York State with our rescue dog, Lena.  I enjoy being outside, the Lake, loving family and friends, skiing, learning and books. Oh, and coffee. Coaching is my calling as well as my profession.
